History
From creating and choosing the right design, to printing, encoding, and finally delivery, Card USA, Inc. has been providing high quality products and services for over a decade. Founded by current CEO, Marc Rochman, the origins of the company began years ago in France. One of the first companies to be involved in prepaid phone cards, Card USA, Inc was then established in the United States to capitalize on the potential of the prepaid market and went on to rank as the 9th largest producer of prepaid phone cards several years later. Card USA, Inc. has been recognized by the Nilson Report as one of the main players in the card printing industry, and in 2003, by Inc Magazine who ranked Card USA, Inc. #157 in the top 500 global private companies in the U.S.A.to watch.

Marc Rochman – Chief Executive Officer
CEO and founder of Card USA, Inc., Marc Rochman, has over 19 years experience in the plastic card industry. His extensive knowledge of the card and printing industry stems from previous business ventures established in France. Mr. Rochman has been pivotal in shaping the development of Card USA, Inc. over the last decade with a company mission focused on creating a centralized system for card production. A visionary in the field of card solutions and technology, Mr. Rochman was one of the first key players in the Smart Card industry in France and came to the United States after realizing the potential within the expanding prepaid phone card market. This potential was turned into a reality when Card USA, Inc. held the position of the 9th largest producer of prepaid phone cards in 2002 and in 2003 ranked 157th among the top 500 growing companies by Inc.500. This prestigious title was an important milestone for the company whose success has continued to grow.
Samuel Guy Fridman – Chief Operating Officer
As the COO, Samuel Fridman manages all Card USA daily operations, Business Development, Sales, production and Logistics. With over 13 years experience and extensive knowledge of The Prepaid cards, credit cards, debit cards, phone cards, mobile scratch cards, SIM cards, mobile top-up solutions and Smart cards industry, Mr. Fridman is a key participant in all strategic and development initiatives and provides support to all areas of our business activities. For the last 10 years, Mr. Fridman held several positions in Card USA and prior to joining Card USA, Mr. Fridman was the founding partner and VP of Sales and Marketing of Oraz Telecom, a Telecommunication company specialized in Prepaid Phone cards originations and distribution.
Jerry Hock – National Sales Director
Responsible for new client acquisition and the development of card-related solutions, Jerry brings his extensive background within the printing industry and a lifetime of printing experience. His enthusiasm and passion for the industry and his breadth of invaluable knowledge of all things card related, has made Jerry a significant member of our team.
Jose Ignacio Paredes – International Sales Director (Latin America and Caribbean)
Jose joined Card USA, Inc. in October 2008 with over 9 years of sales and account management experience including million dollar accounts. He brings an extensive background in the pre paid printing industry from Quality Card in Caracas, Venezuela and Premier Card Solutions (UV Color) in Minnesota. Jose holds a bachelor's degree in Visual Communications and Television Production from Brown College in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Nati (Einat) Haloutzy – Director of Promotional Research & Development
Nati joined Card USA, Inc. in Nov 2000 with over 15 years of experience across a variety of departments and industries including the management of several local newspapers in Israel . She also has extensive experience in the printing and production industry and as a Senior Manager, is responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s promotional products, printing production, sourcing, shipping and customer service. Nati earned a bachelor's degree from Haifa University in Israel.
Dolly Bethes – Data Manager
Dolly has been instrumental in coordinating all aspects of personalization, encoding, data processing and project management at Card USA, Inc. After earning her degree in Business Administration and Finance from the highly respected Politecnico Grancolombiano, in Bogotá, Colombia, Dolly spent over two years managing a Computer Parts Distribution Company in Bogotá. Shortly after coming to the US in 2001, Dolly began working with Card USA, Inc. and now works as both Project Manager and Data Coordinator.
Michèle Valensi - Administration and Customer Service Manager
Beyond the scope of just efficiently managing all office related functions that help to make the day-to-day activities at Card USA run smoothly, Michèle provides professional and resourceful management of all our administrative functions. She has been a business consultant and coach in Europe, Canada and Latin America with over 20 years in the airline industry, having held several executive positions in the areas of business development; fraud coordination and detection; billing, payment and settlement solutions; supply chain management; distribution networks and sales channels; sales & marketing; payment card industry (PCI) compliance and data security standards (DSS); business continuity planning - contributing with her professional skills to the Customer Service functions at Card USA in several countries.
